Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining Repair
(206) 981-3231What Is Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining?
Trenchless sewer pipe relining is essentially the intricate process of creating a “pipe within a pipe” to restore function and improve water and waste flow. Similar to the metal lining in food cans, epoxy reseline molds and shapes to the inside of already existing pipes to create a smooth, clean inner wall. It’s a triple bypass surgery for pipes.
It’s a non-invasive procedure, unlike traditional repair methods that destroy entire yards, ruin driveways and devastate parking lots, all of which are highly costly to repair in itself. Going “trenchless” causes little to no damage and is proven to be the most cost-effective and efficient way to reduce environmental impact while improving sewer maintenance quality.
In most of our repairs, entry to a building’s clean out access makes for very little digging except for perhaps getting to the clean out access area.
This procedure is done to repair root-damaged pipes; seal holes and cracks’ and quickly fill in missing pipe and seal joint connections beneath the ground that may have been poorly installed or deteriorated over the years due to time or mother nature. It’s seamless, durable, and materials are safe and non-hazardous.
Why Trenchless Relining Is The Best Option?
Pipe relining is a method that’s been used for well over 35 years in major city sewer lines. It was a cost efficient and highly effective way to ‘breath new life’ back into ‘dirty, old pipes’ without having to remove and relay new pipe. This process has saved its residents millions in extra taxes. As technology improved legislation began to allow us to use the services cities benefited from for decades, we were allowed to bring this method to residential, commercial, and industrial customers like yourself to benefit from, too.

There are several reasons why this is one of our most popular and sought after services, below are just a few:
Stops tree roots from infiltrating pipes
molds and shapes to existing pipe structure
Meets EPA standards
No need to access the street via potholes for access
No need to access the street via potholes for access
no cutting required
Trust, industry approved
ZERO maintenance after installation
Here’s How It’s Done:
- First, we clean out the pipeline with hydro jetting.
- Second, we insert a tiny video camera prop to determine if your pipe qualifies for relining. Some pipes are so damaged beyond repair that a replacement is the only possible option.
- Third, after acknowledging your pipes condition, create a small pothole to expose pipe.
- Fourth, a piece of felt liner is treated with epoxy resin.
- Fifth, we insert epoxy resin treated liner into pipe, calibrate, inflate, and expand the lining.
- Sixth, Resin “cooks” and “hardens” as we “cure it in place”.
- Seventh, after the calibration tube is deflated and taken out of the old pipe, we check the results by inserting the video camera probe.
- Lastly, what you have is a permanent, brand new pipeline
